Meet James Hannon
Before painting full time, James served in the military. That experience shaped how he runs a job site: punctual, organized, and accountable for the result. Soldiers learn fast that small details are not small. A skipped step in prep is the reason paint peels two winters later. A missed call is the reason a homeowner stops trusting you.
James still personally walks every project at the start and again at the finish. That's not a sales line — it's how the company runs. If something isn't right at the final walkthrough, you say so, and it gets fixed before the job is called done. If you live out of town and can't be there in person, he'll take you through it by phone and photos.
"If I wouldn't accept it in my own home, it's not done yet." — James Hannon, Founder
Commercial Painting Pricing
Commercial pricing depends on square footage, the type of property, the surfaces involved, the prep required, the product specified, the access conditions (occupied vs. vacant), and any after-hours or phased-work needs. A small retail repaint is a very different bid than a multi-building HOA repaint on a maintenance cycle.
Rather than quote a range that may not match your project, James visits the property, walks the scope, and follows up with a clear written estimate suitable for business approval. Estimates are free. Itemized scope, clear pricing, and notes on schedule and access — formatted so you can compare it cleanly to other bids.
For recurring portfolio work or maintenance contracts, we can structure pricing around an annual scope rather than one-off projects.
What We Stand For
Three words guide how the business runs day to day: Professional. Integrity. Clean.
Professional means treating your home and your time with respect. Showing up when we said we would. Wearing the right gear. Returning calls.
Integrity means the bid you sign is the bill you get, the warranty is written down, and if a mistake happens, we own it and we fix it.
Clean means a tidy job site every single day. Drop cloths, dust control, organized tools, and your home left in better shape than we found it.
